November 2009: Jump Beyond Inc. Launches new-look website

Jump Beyond Inc. is proud to launch the new look of the corporate website. As a part of this launch, we had new photos taken with our founder to update the look and polish of the site. July, 2009: Balanced-Edge brings Analysis tools to more Section Teams!

Jump Beyond Inc. is proud to announce that the Balanced-Edge web program is now being used by three section skater development programs. Nova Scotia has been registered with the system since 2007, Quebec joined in 2008, and this year Eastern Ontario has joined the other two!

June. 2008: Jump Beyond Inc. Launches Balanced Edge v.2.0!

Jump Beyond Inc. is proud to announce the launch of version 2.0 of the web-based application "Balanced-Edge." Thanks to the development support of Starscale Inc., version 2 is a huge step forward in providing skaters and coaches the analysis tools to help them plan, practice and perform to their maximum potential. June. 2008: Jump Beyond Inc. joins True Sport movement

Jump Beyond Inc. has joined the True Sport movement. The True Sport movement hopes to build sport in Canada that reinforce behaviours that build winning teams and welcoming, vibrant communities. Jump Beyond is committed to developing sport products, projects and programs that support the True Sport Principles of:

May, 2008: Presentation of Balanced-Edge.ca

Jump Beyond Inc. introduced the Balanced-Edge.ca web-service to coaches at the trade show of the 2008 Skate Canada National Coaches Conference. The conference provided the opportunity for Jump Beyond personel to demonstrate the training and analysis benefits of this new webservice.

October, 2006: Dalhousie University Young Alumni Award

Patricia Chafe, Founder and President of Jump Beyond Inc., was awarded the Young Alumni Award of Excellence from Dalhousie University. The Young Alumni Award is meant to recognize excellence in achievement and service of alumni before they reach the age of 40. Patricia Chafe was chosen for the award in 2006 in recognition of the unique contribution her mathematical skills have made to the development of the sport of figure skating - both in Canada and around the world.
